★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komplek rumah sederhana baru yang mulai ramai penghuninya. Alokasi sarana umum sudah disediakan meski belum dibangun.
Meski dekat dengan exit tol tidak sampai 2km namun Sayangnya akses menuju lokasi sebelumnya disekiatan perkampungan untuk mobil berpapasan sangat sempit sehingga perlu mencari tempat2 kosong bergantian lewat.
