Gn pring terkenal dngan wisata religi,krna di desa ini trdapat bnyak mkam wali dan juga ada pondok pesantren yg terkenal. Perum pring asri pnduduknya selain warga setempat jga bnyak pendatang dr luar daerah dan luar kota. Namun krna sudah lama tinggal di pring asri warga perumahan mnjadi berbaur dngan warga asli gunung pring. Tempatnya nyaman dan asri...warganya ramah..suasananya pun tdak berbeda dngan suasana di pedesaan...

Lokasi diapit oleh dua arus sungai yakni Kali Blongkeng dan Kali Lamat yang bersumber dari lereng Gunung Merapi.
