Banyak rumah ditinggal keluarga pensiunan yg pulang kampung. Lingkungan perumahan tenang. Ada mesjid cukup besar, lapangan olah raga dan gedung pertemuan di tengah perumahan.
 The oldest housing estate in the region. Most of the houses have been renovated. The occupants are predominantly middle-aged couples or retirees. Many houses are left behind by retired families returning home. Quiet residential environment. There is a fairly large mosque, a sports field and a meetinghouse in the middle of a housing estate.
