★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masjid Kyai Krapyak I merupakan salah satu masjid tertua di Magelang yang dibangun dibangun pada tahun 1618 M. Masjid tersebut dipugar pada tahun 1856, 1920, kemudian direnovasi pada tahun 1970 dan pemugaran kembali tahun 2002, serta dilakukan renovasi dan penambahan-penambahan ruang pada tahun 2008. Walaupun sudah mengalami beberapakali pemugaran dan renovasi, namun arsitektur masjid tersebut masih mempertahankan sebagai masjid tradisional Jawa.
Pintu masuk ke komplek masjid yang berusia ratusan tahun ini berada di sebelah selatan. Selain memiliki area parkir yang cukup luas di sebelah timur dan selatan sarana di masjid ini cukup lengkap seperti tempat wudlu, kamar kecil/toilet dan tempat yang cukup nyaman. Bagi keluarga yang mempunyai anak kecil halaman masjid bisa dijadikan area bermain. Selain itu bisa juga cuma sekedar bermain air di kolam ikan depan masjid.
