★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk lingkungan dan suasana cukup asri, bersih dan rapi. Hanya saja ada beberapa kucing liar disekitar perumahan yg acak2 tempat sampah.
Yang sangat disayangkan adalah air dsana seperti tidak cukup terus padahal air tanah dan suka mati air terutama kemarau. Yang menggunakan satelit air pun bisa tekor (mesin jadi panas dan bisa cepet rusak) karena di sumber airnya tidak ada air.
Selain itu air yg ada pun sangat buruk kualitasnya (bau karat, kotor dan membuat toren air penuh dengan lumpur dan pasir)
Saya berharap dari pihak developer ada memberikan solusi, karena kami yang tinggal disana itu membeli rumahnya bukan dikasih cuma-cuma untuk ditempati.

What is very unfortunate is that the water there seems to be not enough, even though the groundwater and water often die, especially in the dry season. Even those who use water satellites can run short (the engine gets hot and can be damaged quickly) because there is no water in the water source.
In addition, the available water is of very poor quality (smells of rust, is dirty and makes the water toren full of mud and sand)
I hope that the developer will provide a solution, because we who live there bought the house, not given it for free to live in.
