★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fasilitas makin lengkap dengan sedang dibangunnya SPBU, hny saja bbrp polisi tidur dikawasan ini tingginya diatas ketentuan, cukup banyak mobil yg mentok

Bersih , dan dekat ke pusat kota dan cocok utk mahasiswa kuliah di UPH.
Very good housing for settlement, 24 hour security

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agak nyesel ambil disini, airnya keruh dan sering mati alias ga ada supply padahal perumahan cluster dimana2 orang2 jadi ngebor sumur sendiri krn supply air yg kurang dan juga keruh
I regret taking it here, the water is cloudy and often dies, aka there is no supply, even though in cluster housing, people are drilling their own wells because the water supply is lacking and cloudy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komplek perumahan yang kini sudah ramai, Harga bersaing dengan kompetitor sekelilingnya seperti golden stone, cendana parc, paramount petals dll.
Pada cluster baru sudah ada fitur smart door dan tiang listrik bawah tanah. Jalanan depan komplek dan dalam kluster masih konblok.
Ada kolam renang juga.
The housing complex is now crowded, the price is competitive with the surrounding competitors such as golden stone, sandalwood parc, paramount petals etc.
The new cluster already features smart doors and underground power poles. The road in front of the complex and in the cluster is still blocked.
There is a swimming pool too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clusternya udah bagus, bangunannya udah modis tapi sayang banyak yang perlu diperbaiki mulai masalah air yang jelek akibatnya ngebor dan keluarin duit sendiri tidak dibicarakan pada saat BST, plafon bocor, keramik kopong, dapat bonus kitchen set tapi krannya bocor akibatnya kitchen set jamuran di komplen lama banget diurus. Dioper² sana sini
The cluster is good, the building is fashionable but unfortunately there are a lot of things that need to be fixed starting with the bad water problem as a result of drilling and spending your own money is not discussed during BST, the ceiling is leaking, the ceramic is hollow, gets a bonus kitchen set but the faucet leaks as a result the kitchen set is moldy in old complaints very well taken care of. Passed here and there
