The location is very easy to find because there is a waterpark that is always crowded with visitors. Homes for sale are of high quality and affordable. The marketing is also smart & very friendly.

POSITIF:
- Harga rumah termasuk terjangkau dengan lokasi yg strategis, luas bangunan dan tanah yang ckup luas
- Rumah bisa cepat dihuni, Tidak perlu nunggu lama
- Tetangga udh banyak, ramah ramah
- Satpam ramah ramah dan profesional.
NEGATIF
- Air PAM = Sangat buruk, sering mati, aliran kecil skali, kotor dan MUAHAAAAAAL
- AFTER SALES = lambat dan di ghosting, ada retak dinding, flush toilet error, air rembesan di atap lama skali response dan eksekusinya
- Finishing bangunan = buruk, kurang bersih kondisi rumah, banyak belepotan semen, cat. Finishing dinding banyak yg blm di kompon rapih

POSITIVE:
- The price of the house is affordable with a strategic location, building area and land that is quite large
- The house can be occupied quickly, no need to wait long
- There are many neighbors, friendly
- The security guard is friendly and professional.
NEGATIVE
- PAM water = Very bad, often turns off, the flow is very small, dirty and MUAHAAAAAAL
- AFTER SALES = slow and ghosting, there are wall cracks, toilet flush errors, water seepage on the old roof once the response and execution
- Building finishing = poor, poor condition of the house, lots of cement, paint. There are many wall finishing that have not been neatly compounded
