 Bad service. Cs is old and only 1. If there are acquaintances with people in the palace, don't use queues hehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya pelayanan baik bgt ramah baik cs dan satpamnya. Sayangnya nih cs nya cuma 1 ngantre nya lama kali. Berangkat jam 11 dilayani jam 2. Kalo buat setor masalah transaksi cepat ke teller.
Ku sarankan kalo buka rekening jgn di cabang ini, soalnya cs cm 1. Kalo ga brgkat jam 9 biar cpt dilayani. Tempatnya enak tp antrenya lama.
Actually the service is very good, friendly, both cs and the security guard. Unfortunately, there is only one cs that takes a long time. Departs at 11 am served at 2. If you make a deposit, the transaction is fast to the teller.
I suggest that if you open an account, don't open an account at this branch, because cs cm 1. If not, leave at 9 so that it can be served quickly. The place is nice but the queue is long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berada di lantai 3 Plaza UNY. Antrian relatif sedikit dibandingkan si tempat lain. Lantai 3 ada beberapa bank, untuk menuju ke lantai ini ada tangga berjalan
Parkir gratis, ATM beberapa bank ada di tepi tempat parkir sehingga tidak perlu naik sampai ke atas.
Located on the 3rd floor of Plaza UNY. The queue is relatively small compared to other places. Floor 3 there are several banks, to go to this floor there are stairs to walk
Parking is free, ATMs of several banks are on the edge of the parking lot so there is no need to go up to the top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah sejak 2011 menggunakan BNI dan beberapa kali menggunakan layanan Bank BNI UNY sejak sebelum ada Plaza UNY ini. Namun sudah akhir-akhir ini mengecewakan, terakhir kesana juga masih jam operasional tapi alasanya katanya mau istirahat. Padahal hanya ganti kartu ATM yang petugasnya juga bilang sendiri hanya 10-15 menit. Waktu itu datang pukul 14.20 dan jam tutup jam 15.00. Padahal sudah bilang saya dari Solo hanya untuk ke Bank UNY. Tetep ga dihargai.
He has used BNI since 2011 and has used BNI UNY Bank services several times since before the UNY Plaza was created. But it's been disappointing lately, the last time I was there it was still operating hours but the reason was that he said he wanted to take a break. Even though only changing the ATM card which the officer also said himself only took 10-15 minutes. It came at 14.20 and closing time was at 15.00. Even though I already said that I was from Solo only to go to UNY Bank. Still not appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya berkunjung ke BNI UNY untuk ke layanan customer service pada bulan Maret 2022. Tdk seperti layanan CS pada umumnya, CS yg saat itu bekerja (berjenis kelamin laki2 dan berkacamata) sangat tidak ramah. Bahkan terkesan menantang ketika bertanya kepada customer dan sedikit menyudutkan. Padahal CS yg sebelumnya bekerja di sana Tdk demikian. Mohon dijadikan evaluasi.
I visited BNI UNY to go to customer service in March 2022. Unlike CS services in general, the CS who was working at that time (male gender and glasses) was very unfriendly. It even seems challenging when asking customers and a little cornering. Even though CS, who previously worked there, wasn't like that. Please make an evaluation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most puzzling Branch BNI I've ever been to. The sign says BNI Branch of UNY but administratively it's written BNI Branch of UGM. It's also triple puzzling for you folks, because this BNI is located in the UNY area & their Security badge is BNI Branch UGM. Istirahat jam 13.00-14.00 WIB, CS keisi 2 dari 3 meja.
