★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanan komplain kurang ada tanggapan....pada saat awal tambal gigi menggunakan crown dijanjikan garansi 1 bulan... Ini belum 1 bulan udah SOMPEL gigi anak saya dan pada saat saya ke sana, dokter bilang ini BUKAN TANGGUNG JAWAB saya....What the HELL???
Saya sendiri pasang crown udah mau 2 tahun di tempat lain masih utuh..ini masih hitungan hari udah SOMPEL dan tidak ada TANGGUNG JAWABnya...
 There was a lack of response to the complaint service ... at the beginning of filling the tooth using a crown, it was promised 1 month warranty ... It's not been 1 month already my child's toothpick and when I was there, the doctor said this was NOT my RESPONSIBILITY ... .What the HELL ???
I myself have installed the crown for 2 years in another place, it is still intact ... it's still a matter of days, it's been SOMPELED and there are no RESPONSIBILITIES ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anak saya ditangani oleh profesional disini. Tambal 6 titik bagi anak todler 2,5 tahun bukan hal mudah. Namun tim Perigigi bisa handle dengan sabar,tekun,profesional,cepat. Estimasi sekitar satu jam untuk layanan cek dan tindakan tambal gigi Kids.
Untuk layanan saat pandemi, pasien/wali pasien yg masuk ke area perawatan gigi wajib rapid test (bagian protokol pencegahan cvd), tim Perigigi semua ber APD lengkap. (Test rapid bisa langsung di klinik tanpa repot test ke luar)
Biaya relatif terjangkau.
Sebagai gambaran: administrasi APD Tim 40ribu, test Rapid 200ribu,tindakan tambal per item 500ribuan tergantung tindakannya.
Semoga review ini membantu rekan lain yg mau ke klinik ini. Jangan takut ke Dokter Gigi. Cegahlah sakit gigi sejak dini sebelum sakit Gigi datang.

My child is handled by professionals here. Patching 6 points for 2.5 year old toddlers is not easy. However, the Perigigi team can handle it patiently, diligently, professionally, quickly. Estimated about one hour for Kids dental check and filling services.
For services during a pandemic, patients / patient guardians who enter the dental care area are required to have a rapid test (part of the CDV prevention protocol), all dentistry teams are equipped with complete PPE. (Rapid test can be done directly at the clinic without the hassle of testing outside)
Relatively affordable cost.
As an illustration: PPE administration Team 40 thousand, Rapid test 200 thousand, patching action per item 500 thousand depending on the action.
Hopefully this review helps other colleagues who want to come to this clinic. Don't be afraid to go to the dentist. Prevent toothache early before toothache comes.
