★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit tgl 6 June 2020 untuk scalling setelah beli voucher di fave paket scalling promo 250rb (reg 500rb).
Dengan drg Timothy. scalling nya kasar dan sakit sekali, padahal karang gigi saya tidak banyak karena rajin scalling setiap 4-5 bulan di drg lain.
Pelayanan CS ok, hanya drg nya aja yg kurang friendly dan pengerjaan nya kasar seperti drg yang belum lama berpengalaman.
keluar ruang praktek di tagih lagi 100rb biaya admin padahal sejak booking dll tidak di bilang ada tambahan biaya.
Visit on 6 June 2020 for scaling after buying a voucher in the fave promo package 250rb (reg 500rb).
With Dr. Timothy. the scaling is rough and very painful, even though my tartar is not much because of diligent scaling every 4-5 months in other drg.
CS service is ok, only the drg is less friendly and the workmanship is rough like drg who has not long experience.
out of the practice room again charged 100 thousand admin fees even though since booking etc. did not say there are additional costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perincian harga kurang transparan. Lebih mahal 2x dari ekspektasi. Dengan harga tsb lebih baik ke klinik yg lebih meyakinkan yg sama mahalnya atau lebih mahal sekalian
Agak kaget dokternya menanyakan apakah pasien memberikan review jelek di google (paragraf pertama), ketika pasien menelepon untuk konsultasi gigi yg masih ngilu setelah tambal gigi di akhir pembicaraan telepon.
Penanganan sudah baik sesuai prosedur. Tapi penjelasan kepada pasien mungkin bisa yg lebih mudah diterima/dimengerti ketika pasien ingin mengkonfirmasi beberapa poin
Tambahan : ini sepele sebenarnya tapi lucu saja dokternya bingung pasien share ketidaknyamanan mengikuti instruksi ambil napas lewat mulut buang lewat hidung saat tindakan, dan bilang itu sudah sesuai prosedur. Pasien itu beda2 ya kalo bisa ambil napas lewat mulut saat tindakan ya silakan. Tapi saya personally bisa keselek bor gigi kalo ikut cara itu apalagi sebelumnya saya sempat minta berhenti sebentar karena hampir keselek ludah sendiri, dan saya punya hidung lancar2 saja napasnya tidak perlu pakai mulut. Dan dibahas terus membela diri seperti harus ada yg benar dan yg salah
Pasien itu ga perlu didebat. Cukup dimengerti aja didengarkan keluhan dan nyamannya gimana. Dan saya sudah berusaha kooperatif sekali selama tindakan. Bahkan sempat hampir mau coba ambil napas lewat mulut karna bu dokter bilang begitu. Tapi kayaknya kebetulan dokter yg menangani saya maunya caranya beliau saja.

Pricing details are less transparent. 2x more expensive than expected. With that price, it's better to go to a more convincing clinic that is as expensive or more expensive at all
Somewhat surprised the doctor asked whether the patient gave a bad review on google (first paragraph), when the patient called for a dental consultation who still ache after filling the tooth at the end of the telephone conversation.
Handling is good according to procedure. But the explanation to the patient may be easier to accept/understand when the patient wants to confirm some points
Addendum: this is actually trivial, but it's funny that the doctor was confused by the patient sharing the discomfort following the instructions, take a breath through your mouth and exhale through your nose during the procedure, and said it was according to the procedure. Patients are different, if you can take a breath through your mouth during the procedure, yes, please. But personally, I can choke on my teeth drill if I follow that method, especially before I asked to stop for a while because I almost choked on my own saliva, and I have a smooth nose and I don't need to use my mouth to breathe. And it's discussed continuing to defend yourself like there has to be right and wrong
The patient does not need to be debated. It's enough to understand how to listen to complaints and how comfortable it is. And I've tried to be cooperative once during the action. In fact, I almost wanted to try to take a breath through my mouth because the doctor said so. But it seems that the doctor who treated me just happened to want him to do it.
