★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know there are masters that are super considerate and make u feel less scared (haha) and put this cold tissue on your skin for long enough, who talk to you while doing work, well that wasn’t my case here:( not a nice attitude. Idk the name of the master (she was doing bikini zone), but she didn’t care at all. Threading is a nightmare so painful the whole procedure was hurting me. I don’t think it was professional. The place is quite nice tho. The front desk girls are very polite and nice. But sorry I’m not coming again.

You can just tell me nicely that my hair not long enough to wax. You dont have to tell me that my hair too short in nasty way. Never let my hair grow very long like you guys love to see when the girl come to your door. Nope

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waxhause bxc used to be my go to place when it comes to waxing since the day one. probably 2015, during earlier days at bxc. there were also therapists that I’ve already familiar with, they’re very professional yet friendly with hospitality to the clients. unfortunately, ever since new faces appear who I didn’t really recognize it, the service went really bad. I’ve got handled by rude therapist who kept commenting about my body hair and compare it to her another clients which I didn’t feel comfortable at all. just so you know, I didn’t come for judgment. I come to remove my body hair. there are also questions and opinions that you can’t ask whenever you like to whoever you want, so please be professional. now I decided to find another place as an option for waxing and hopefully they will train their staff better to handle the client like they used to.
