★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air selalu tidak jernih warnanya coklat. Untuk mandi air seperti ini tidak layak. Air di saat pagi hari sampai sore hari tidak nyala. Tolong kerjanya diperbaiki lagi ya.

Sy sbagai konsumen pnya hak utk dbri playanan yg baik dr pgawai pdam.
Sudah hampir 2 kali ini sy mrasa kcewa dg playanan dr slah satu pgawai pdam.
Singkat crita..
Tdk ada sopan smaa skli..snyum pun tdk.
Ktika sy membayar dan akan menerima pngembalian uang n slip bukti pembayaran..
Knp harus di lempar seprti posisi sy jauh sja.
Pdhal tinggal brdiri n ngasih kembalian n stidaknya balas lah ucpan ts trimakasih saya.
Kecewa skali.
Maaf tdk bs mnyebutkan oknum.
Smga playanan bisa dprbaiki.
Trimakasih n maaf bila ada slah kata n tdk ada unsur apa2.
Hnya smga sja plyanan dmanapun itu bisa se profesional mgkin tnp mmandang org ny n sttus nya.
Karna konsumen sama mmliki hak bgitu ln sbaliknya.

Sy, as a consumer, the right to dbri play is a good one from the pdam employee.
It's been almost 2 times I've felt happy with the role of a staff member.

Pengajuan dari hari kamis , sampai sekarang senin belum juga di pasang, padahal sudah bayar lunas.
Di telpon gak diangkat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sudah 2 hari air mati, tidak ada kemajuan sama sekali dari dulu. sama sekali tidak ada pasokan air bersih dalam 2 hari ini wilayah cangkrep lor dan tambakrejo.
