Baru kali ini yah gw pake aplikasi oyo cekin dipersulit, udah receptionisnya emak2 mukanya jutek bgt pas gw dateng ditempat bukan di greting tanyain gw mau apa malah bisik2 nama gw, dan yg parah ya karena di aplikasi gw pake nama gak sama persis kaya diKTP jadi gw gak boleh cekin padahal gw udah bayar

This is the first time I've used the Oyo application, checking is complicated, already the receptionist's mother's face is really grumpy when I come to the place not in Greting, I ask what I want, I just whisper my name, and what's worse is because in the application I use the name not exactly the same as on my ID card so I can't check even though i already paid

Begitu sampai lokasi, gerbang sudah dikunci tapi kontak yg ada tdk bisa dihubungi.
Pilih hotel lain jalan paling tepat
Already booked. From the start, the chat was about to check in at night/morning. No replies. I'm still Husnudzon.
Once we arrived at the location, the gate was locked but the existing contact could not be reached.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamar dan WC agak kotor, air rada bau, WC pembuangan macet. Tp yg paling parah saat kamar AC rusak, bukannya di pindahin ke kamar yg bener atau di coba servis malah cengangas cengenges yg jaga sambil main hp. Pelayanannya buruk lahh
The rooms and toilets are a bit dirty, the water smells a bit, the WC drains are stuck. But the worst thing is when the AC room is broken, instead of being moved to the right room or trying to service it, it's a shrill crybaby who keeps watch while playing on the cellphone. The service is bad
