★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE HOTEL IS VERY POOR IN THE BOOKING PERFORMANCE, i check in agoda for a superior double but they said it was full, and they give me twin instead REALLY NOT RECOMMENDED IN GADING AREA you might as well stay in another place
all the facilities are broken too, the parking is in B 2 and a lot of walking overall NOT RECOMMENDING THIS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been staying here for 10 days (repatriation quarantine), the services that I got are unexpected, not as well as other 4 stars hotel. The good thing is I get a balcony room, nice city view. But late meal, the housekeeper will not clean and serve your room till you check out (10 days), the food also only "ok" not much tasty, they don't have any good channels in tv, some of them are recorded so not update movies.

The gym place is so small, and crowded. The swimming pool was also crowded, since it was weekend.
The room was good.
The room service was quick to respond to my safety deposit box lacks of battery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 10 days quarantining at the hotel during the pandemic. The staff was always polite and helpful, even though slow, but it was understandable because the hotel was very busy. The room was clean, but the lighting in the room was poor. The food served for quarantine guests was tasty and large portioned. Didn't get to enjoy any of the amenities or the location because I was under quarantine, but I would generally recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a 4-stars hotel in a strategic location if demanded. I was staying here in full board for the 10 days repatriation and because I was desperately searched for vacant room from given list.
Reservation crew were not easily reachable or were not proactive, in my case I have to call my relative in Jakarta to reach them. The person who handle costumers at the airport gate was cooperative, he makes things quick.
Room service was not at their great and in overall slightly below my personal expectation.
Food timing for breakfast had to be compromised a bit especially during week end. Food adapted to Indonesian preference and was taste good, just need to improve how it being served (on a plate would be suitable and presents their 4-star quality).
Room condition was moderate and acceptable.
Upon check-out during weekend, the receipt could not be given by front desk and to be postponed till the accounting office will be open.. (IDK how the hotel certified for 4-star).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stay here for 7D6N for quarantine. We use apartment with 2 bed rooms. The room is clean and quite big and has a balcony in each room. The food is good too and surprisingly they sent a birthday cake on my son's birthday. We could not order any food so thank you for giving my son a birthday cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally, I think the room is clean and cold. Their interior also quite good. However, their bed is really hard (or firm), and honestly this was the hardest bed I’ve ever sleep into. Maybe they choose the firmer bed for health concern (I read that that firm bed is good for health), but It is way too firm for me (not really my preference but if you are someone who love to sleep in firm bed maybe it would be perfect). The breakfast also quite good. Overall, the hotel is quite OK, but I think I would raise the review star if it is for 3-star hotel, not a 4 star like this hotel.
