★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was easy to find and well-located in the main road. Every staff i met was courteous and attentive. Good and complete guest amenities. I didn't get the chance to taste the breakfast cause i had to leave early but my dad in law says it's okay for that price.

The location in Kelapa Gading area, near to business complex, mall and various restaurant. Friendly service, clean and comfort rooms. Suitable for meeting venue because there are available a large ballroom. Many places of restaurant around the hotel, local cuisine or foreign cuisine is easy to find. Available a large parking area for vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is very clean and huge. Parking spots around the hotel is always aavilable and there is no difficulties getting in and out this space and finding this hotel is also easy. There is a restaurant that closed by the time i arrived but there are places to find food around this area with walking distance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got unpleasant treatment when I wanted to ask the receptionist for access because my mask was left behind in my room, so instead of going back to the room to get the mask, I better ask the receptionist, BUT HE slammed the DRAWER FIT AND HIS ATTITUDE NOT FUN! I ALREADY FRIENDLY WHEN I ASK THE MASK. Terimakasih untuk pelayanannya !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cozy place to stay. Used voucher for stay a night here.
The room is clean, stayed in 1st floor. Not noisy at all, although we can still hear the sound of TV next door. Maybe they set out loud? The shower is good, must wait until the heat reach to be warm water.
The breakfast also good. Have many variables to pick. Main menu and side dish selection fit in our taste. Javanese Indonesia style taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to like this hotel and always been stayed here everytime i visit jakarta. Service used to be great but now it doesnt even deserve a 1-star. They asked Rp100k for an upgrade fee from superior to deluxe if i still wanted the 3rd floor room. Which i know those roomtypes are the same (that deluxe room was once superior room). I then gave up that 3rd floor room and only asked for my room to be near to elevator (and the front desk agent lady confirmed my request). But when i went all the way to my room at 5th floor it was sooo f* far. Spoken to the front office manager (perhaps, i didnt ask) and still no satisfying solution. Santika are you kidding me?
