★ ★ ★ ★ ★ awalnya dateng ditawarin kamar sebelah kanan habis itu gatau ada masalah apa diganti bapaknya balik lagi disuruh jalan jauh dikamar agak ujung btw kamarnya serem ya kalau dari luar juga kedengeran suara yg didalem kamar mandi kotor bgt lantai kotor keset kotor lobang charger tinggi bgt kamar mandi gaada air anget atau minimal shower gitu mandi pake gayung toilet kotorr bgt ga lagi2 deh nginep disini
Initially, I was offered the room to the right, after that, I don't know what the problem was, the father was replaced. He was told to walk far away in the room, a bit at the end, btw, the room was scary. If you can hear the sound from the outside, the bathroom is dirty, the floor is dirty, the mat is dirty, the charger hole is high, the bathroom has no water. warm or at least take a shower, take a shower using a dirty toilet bowl, I'm not staying here anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entah karena apa ini ya. Hotel tidak menyediakan anduk, sabun dan sampo sekali pakai.
Acara malam di aula saat udara dingin kipas angin dinyalakan. Giliran siang pas udara terasa panas kipas angin mati.
I don't know why this is. The hotel does not provide disposable towels, soap and shampoo.
Evening event in the hall when the cold air the fan is turned on. The turn of the day when the air feels hot, the fan turns off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baguss, ACnya dingin trus ada water heaternya jugaa.. Dan ternyata yg punya tuh sama2 org sumatera wkwkwk.. Ada kucing lucu gemey bgt disitu namanya "Uco" ya kalo ga salah maaf klo salah.. Tapi ya emg agak berisik suara mesin cuci di belakang kamarnya.
It's good, the air conditioner is cold and there's a water heater too.. And it turns out that the ones who have it are the same people from Sumatra, wow.. There's a really cute cat there called "Uco". back of his room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I was able to not rate this particular hotel chain with no stars at all because I really had a bad experience staying there. The AC did not work , wifi dead, the staff can only blame the owner without trying to resolve the situation without any initiative or at least empathy on their part . But worst yet, there wasn't any water for us to be able to take a shower. The staff said the water reservoir was empty because a lot of guests stayed there,do not show any empathy and displayed a bad attitude. This is simply not profesional. I thought OYO have establsihed a standard behind their name, to which it's consumers can respect and recommend, however this is beyond my expectation. To anyone who decides to stay here please reconsider.
