Letaknya juga strategis didekat patung udang.
Krna gedungnya klasik,jadi propertinya seperti jaman dulu.
 Wateheather ready, cleanliness is pretty good, staff always stand by.
It is also strategically located near the shrimp statue.
Because the building is classic, so the property is like the old days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya sih cukup asik, tapi kurang sedikit terawat terutama di kamar mandinya. Airnya sering mati dan beberapa kali tidak berfungsi krannya. Kurang dapat menjaga kebersihan di sekitar halamannya juga. Sepertinya perlu ditambahkan karyawan untuk menjaga dan merawat villa ini karena saat itu hanya ada 1 karyawan yg mengurusi semuanya, kasihan.
The place is quite cool, but not a little maintained, especially in the bathroom. The water often dies and several times the faucet does not function. Not able to maintain cleanliness around the yard too. It seems like employees need to be added to look after and care for this villa because at that time there was only 1 employee who took care of everything, sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penanda Lokasinya raffles villa ini dekat banget dengan patung udang yang jadi ikonnya Kaliurang...cuma 20 meter aja.
Dapat kamar bebatuan (junior suite) kamarnya luas, model classic tradisional, begitu juga dengan perlengkapan di dalam kamar.
Di kamar ada tv, kulkas, AC (padahal dingin banget, siapa yg mau pake), kamar mandi model bathtub,wastafel, toilet duduk, dan ada water heater (dan sayangnya gak berfungsi, jadi mandinya pake air dingin terus....mmbbrrrrr....dingin...segaaarrr). Kadang airnya mati, padahal tangki tampungnya besar...butuh perawatan khusus.
Dapat breakfast yang standard masakan rumahan, itupun mesti tunggu diambil dari hotel lain ugal satu grup dengan mereka. Jadi gak bisa milih makanan. Kalo mau sarapan lebih baik ke luar villa , jalan dikit ke arah patung udang banyak warung jualan sarapan (ada gudeg mbok jum) sekalian bisa minum teh manis hangat ato ngopi. Dan warung warung ini buka sampai malam, jadi sekalian bisa makan siang dan malam juga. Jangan lupa coba in jadah tempe khas kaliurang.
Pelayanan ramah, sopan, walaupun respon lambat.
Pemandangan dari depan villa cukup bagus, kalo malam bisa lihat lampu lampu kota jogya kerlap kerlip dari kejauhan.
Lokasi villa juga dekat dengan taman kaliurang sekitar 500 meter bisa sambil jalan santai kesana. Dan kalo mai ikut Lava Tour Merapi, ada di dekat patung udang, tinggal datang, pilih paket tour, bayar , berangkat tour....yang penting ada duitnya.
Tempat ini cocok Untuk liburan bareng keluarga, teman teman ato pasangan. Harga tidak begitu mahal dan lokasi yang strategis.
Cuma tempat ini memang butuh main teman yang khusus biar lebih bagus lagi.

You can get a rocky room (junior suite), spacious rooms, traditional classic models, as well as equipment in the room.
In the room there is a TV, a fridge, AC (even though it's really cold, who wants to use it), a bathroom with a bathtub, a sink, a toilet seat, and a water heater (and unfortunately it doesn't work, so you use cold water ... mmbbrrrrr .... cold ... all right). Sometimes the water dies, even though the tank is large ... it needs special care.
Breakfast can be a standard home cooking, and even then the wait must be taken from another hotel, one group with them. So you can't choose food. If you want a better breakfast outside the villa, the road is a little toward the shrimp statue, many food stalls selling (there are warm mbok jum) all can drink warm sweet tea or coffee. And this warung stall is open until evening, so you can eat lunch and dinner too. Do not forget to try in jadah tempe typical of kaliurang.
Friendly, polite service, even though the response is slow.
The view from the front of the villa is pretty good, if the night can see the lights of the city lights, the lights glow from the distance.
The location of the villa is also close to the park, which is about 500 meters away while relaxing there. And if you join the Merapi Lava Tour, it's near the shrimp statue, just come, choose the tour package, pay, go on tour ... the important thing is the money.
This place is suitable for holidays with family, friends or couples. The price is not so expensive and the location is strategic.
Only this place really needs to play special friends so it's even better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hot water. Faucet is broken. This facility is overdue for some maintenance. Unless you are OK with no hot water bath at Kaliurang (about 10-15 celcius)
