★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat bersejarah kegiatan ² kali di situ dengan orang yang beda, dan kesan berbeda. Tempat nyaman, ibuknya baik hati. Harga bersahabat, banyak kamar dan juga ada yang bagian atas bisa digunakan tidur, parkir luas ada lapangan kecil, rindang. Dekat dengan Taman Nasional Gunung Merapi. Mantap!
 Historical sites activity ² times there with different people, and a different impression. Comfortable place, nice mother. Friendly price, many rooms and there is also the upper part can be used to sleep, spacious parking there is a small field, shady. Close to Merapi Volcano National Park. Steady!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bangunan villa nya sedang, ada 4 kamar tapi gede dan muat banyak orang, halamannya luas banget, cocok buat kegiatan makrab atau wedding yg temanya diluar gitu. Kamarnya bersih dan rapi gitu, tiap ganti tamu pasti diganti spreinya sama ibu penjaganya.
The villa building is medium, there are 4 rooms but big and loads of people, the yard is very spacious, suitable for makrab or wedding activities with the theme outside. The room is clean and neat, so every guest change must be replaced with the same maid service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Abmarina yg ada di daerah Kaliurang ini memiliki tempat yg cukup strategis krn berada di jalur ramai ke wisata merapi ,dekat dgn taman kaliurang, tempatnya sesuai untuk acara makrab atau acara lainnya ..boleh disewa untuk 60-80 org..ada 2 kamar di dalam dan ada 2 kamar di luar dan lantai atas disediakan 4 kasur untuk tidur dan setiap kamarny jg full dengan kasur dan kamar mandi.. disediakan kompor dan alat untuk mmbuat minuman sekedarny sprt teh atau kopi dll. Harganya cukup terjangkau dibandingkan dengan villa2 sekitarnya. Oiyaa yg sy suka dr villa ini adalah halamanny yg luas. Tidak hny satu bagian tp ada 3 bagian halaman yg bs digunakan untuk outbound, api unggun, senam atau acara2 yg bertema outdoor..tp cm satu minusnya, air kamar mandi sering mati apalagi pd wktu malam hari,,...selamat berkunjung ke villa Abmarina!!...
Villa Abmarina in the Kaliurang area has a strategic location because it is on a busy route to Merapi tourism, close to Kaliurang Park, the place is suitable for makrab events or other events ... can be rented for 60-80 people ... There are 2 rooms in inside and there are 2 rooms outside and upstairs provided 4 mattresses to sleep in and each room is also full of mattresses and bathrooms ... stoves and tools are provided to make drinks just like tea or coffee etc. The price is quite affordable compared to the surrounding villas. Oiyaa who I like from this villa is its spacious courtyard. Not only one part but there are 3 parts of the page that can be used for outbound, campfire, gymnastics or outdoor-themed events ... FTP one minus, bathroom water often dies especially at night, ... happy visit to the villa Abmarina !! ...

Highly recommended for friendship or staying as a family tour.
The courtyard is spacious, the rooms are clean, the entire location is clean, and the cool air is typical of the mountains and the location on that yard is a lot of shady trees and there are flower gardens.
There is a kitchen for cooking too, all cooking utensils are provided.
You can also have a campfire and the important thing is that there are lots of rooms, the capacity can be up to 50 people in 1 villa
Villa rental price: 750,000 a day and night
Food price per serving:
- Egg side dish: 10,000
- Chicken side dishes: 12,500

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ salah satu villa dengan spot outdoor luas & cukup banyak landai nya tetapi masih kurang besar bangunan utamanya
ideal untuk event <65 orang, kalau kesini wajib bawa roll kabel listrik yang banyak
kekurangan lainnya maintenance kamar mandi & WC bangunan kedua (warna kuning) sangat perlu direnovasi
one of the villas with a large outdoor spot & quite a lot of slopes but the main building is still not big enough
ideal for events <65 people, if you come here you must bring a lot of electric cable rolls
Another drawback is the maintenance of the second building's bathroom & WC (yellow) really needs to be renovated
