★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak adanya pelayanan 24 jam, tidak adanya hospitality, pelayanannnya tidak ramah sekali, prosesnya lambat, karyawannya tidak cekatan. Atas pelayanannya sangat tidak menyenangkan. Komplain yg saya keluhkah terhadap karyawan yg bipang bahwa kamar sudah penuh, padahal sudah pesan dan terkonfirmasi. Saya datang dengan customer yg lain, harus menunggu lama untuk dibukakan pintu.
 There is no 24-hour service, no hospitality, the service is not very friendly, the process is slow, the employees are not nimble. The service is very unpleasant. The complaint I complained to the bipang employee was that the room was full, even though it was ordered and confirmed.
