★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the name, it offers more than jengkol. Food was good. I love the corn fritters a.k.a perkedel jagung. And also gulai kepala ikan. I am not a fan of seafood, but the gulai kepala ikan was really refreshing. We ordered quite a few times for take out. The tiramisu ice cream was also yummy althought it was the only ice cream that tasted good for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the Gelato, too bad it hasn't been that popular. The food is okay. The meal packages are very affordable and taste good. The waiters are friendly. Place is clean and well kept. The good thing about this place, it's near our family cemetary and they don't sell Padang food. Too many restaurants sell very salty Padang, so it's nice to find a place that is not selling too mainstream food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jengkol is officially had been upgraded! No, this is not like your ordinary warteg or traditional resto. Modern resto that kids nowadays like to said instagrammable. Good food, decent price. Good services.
They serve other food as well if Jengkol is not your cup of tea. The price for the Jengkol some might said overprice, but for me it is still reasonable. I dont eat Jengkol, but my friend who eat them said the Jengkol is not taste like usual Jengkol. Worth to try!!
