 AC rooms, 1.4 million, private bathroom, spring bed and tv. Non AC 1.1 million, private bathroom, spring bed. This location is in the housing. Large boarding house, 3 floors 47 rooms. The parking lot below is very wide, there is also a canteen. The guard is there too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah disini cuma 1 bulan aja. Parkirnya lumayan bisa motor mobil. Keamanan juga oke karena ada yang jagain 24 jam. Ada warkopnya juga dibawah yg sedia makan minum cemilan. Di lantai paling atas, ada laundry. Harga bersahabat. Kamar juga bermacam-macam, ada yang besar, kecil, AC, kipas, dll. Overall kos ini cukup rekomen sih buat yang butuh di area Rawamangun dan sekitarnya ???
Been here only 1 month. The parking is pretty good for motorbikes. Security is also okay because someone is on guard 24 hours. There is also a warkop below that is ready to eat and drink snacks. On the top floor, there is a laundry. Friendly price. Rooms also vary, there are big, small, AC, fan, etc. Overall, this boarding house is quite recommended for those who need it in the Rawamangun and surrounding areas ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first boarding house. I had to stay here since 8 months ago. The boarding is very safe, because there are guards who alert for 24 hours and equipped with cctv on each corner and the hallway. large parking for the motorcycle or car. The boarding guards are good and friendly, will be ready to help us when having a complaint of our room. This boarding also have "warkop", which we can order delivery to our room.
