★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never have I purchased a frame (yes, not the glass) that cracked in less than 3 months. The store refuses to effect their warranty and 50% replacement discount despite what are shown in their website and warranty card, which 'lured' me in in the first place.
Don't get me wrong, the service was good, at least in getting my money, but optic store needs a whole more than sweet talks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I already purchased my glasses here 3 times. honestly really satisfied with the service when purchasing glasses here. however, a bit disappointed when I asked for nose pad replacement since mine is accidentally detached, and they couldn't provide it. considering the price, it would be better if they can provide it.
