★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first time come to TGIF to celebrate early christmas eve ?. i like the ambience.. we order 1 set of JD chicken with calamary fries and 1 set of cheese burger with mushroom soup and drinks. overall, i love both! meats are tender and soup as expexted. we spent about IDR 320k before tax & service. #181223

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TGI resto chain is one of my favorite since the first time i tried it in College Station and San Antonio TX. Hoping the same quality, i tried this one on Lippo Puri and very disappointed with their food quality and poor service. Rice is very dry, when we addressed these to the waiter, she doesn’t care at all. Chicken is so dry like a jerky. Kebab is so-so, juicy but tasteless. Their signiture potato skin menu is so expensive and it taste like a carton box. I remember bought one from Walmart and bake them myself taste way better, seems like they served the frozen one then bake it but too long. Their guacamole is so bad, black and sour not fresh at all. The overall food is so bad. When i asked for pork rib, they said it is not ready till 3 hours from i order? Manager, please pay attention. Atmosphere is awesome, no doubt and super clean consider this is new..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food! Yes, it can be pricey eating here. You can still try eating here during lunch hour because they have special menu for lunch. They also have special menu on Friday.
The food looks pretty much the same as the menu. No tipu-tipu ?
You must try their special sauce menu, the Jack Daniel's one.
Other menus are also tempting and they also provide special drinks starting of 45K.
The ambiance is comfy and spacious, with indoor and outdoor settings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pork ribs! You should try this menu. I order original pork ribs and the meat is so tender and tasty. The portion quite big as well. You can share to 2 person. Each portion consist of onion ring, french fries, and coleslaw.
Another menu we ordered was sirloin steak. To be honest, I a little bit disappointed. The steak wasn't tender and it was dry and not juicy. I prefer order pork ribs which the price is same. The sauce, it was blackpaper where the waiters said it is popular there. But when I ate, the sauce was too thick and the blackpaper was so strong. So, for me there is nothing special with this steak and it is not worthed.
The restaurant is big enough, cozy, clean and the air con was very cold. So better prepare any sweater or else if you go with baby or parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice atmosphere. Like it. Good decoration too. But a bit disappointed with their service, it took more than half hour and it's obvious they confused with our order. I ordered fried potatoes but it's mashed one. Luckily they initiated to give us free the fried one. I ordered medium well, but it's well done. Luckily we're all in good mood so we all just said "just bring me the food". They've got weekend promo, nice one. It's on my pic
