★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mengecewakan pelayanan Raa Cha Suki Lippo Mall Puri. Saya dan keluarga makan disini (Minggu, 5 Des 2021) jam 16-17an. Pertama harus mengantri +/- 20 menit di luar resto. Mungkin alasannya protokol kesehatan.
Kemudian kami ber5 hanya disediakan 1 grill pan, padahal porsi daging yang kami beli lumayan banyak (+- 700rban habis makan disana). Sudah minta, namun tidak diberi juga sampai 20 menitan. Kemudian akhirnya saya lihat ada costumer baru datang malah langsung dikasih grill pan. Setelah saya protes agak keras, grill pan langsung dikasih seketika itu juga.
Beberapa kali makan di Raa Cha Suki di berbagai lokasi disekitaran Jabodetabek, namun baru kali ini kecewa dengan pelayannnya.
Mohon konfirmasi dan tanggapan manajemen.

Disappointing service Raa Cha Suki Lippo Mall Puri. My family and I eat here (Sunday, 5 Dec 2021) at 16-17. First have to queue +/- 20 minutes outside the restaurant. Maybe it's the health protocol.
Then the 5 of us were only provided with 1 grill pan, even though the portion of meat we bought was quite large (+-700k after eating there). I asked for it, but it wasn't even given for 20 minutes. Then finally I saw a new customer came and was immediately given a grill pan. After I protested a little loudly, the grill pan was given right away.
Have eaten at Raa Cha Suki several times in various locations around Jabodetabek, but this is the first time I've been disappointed with the service.
Please confirm and management response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is overwhelmed. There's only one staff member to do many jobs: cashier, servant, and clean up the table. They need to hire more staff. There's a cheap vegetable package but they hide it from display. It's a kind of marketing trick for customers buying a la carte. They should include free drinks at that expensive price.
