★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. Check in was smooth. Staff was courteous and friendly.
Room was cleaned and spacious. Guest supplies was limited.
Called for prayer mat and was sent promptly.
Ordered food from Room Service. Food was good but the Tom Yam soup came later.
Prefer extra pillow to be in the closet. No laundry bag provided.
Overall enjoyed my stay and will be back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent quality all around. but the food serviced during PRC quarantine was pretty bad, and inflexible. There was also a time when I made a request, and the hotel staff agreed, but never followed me back with me. I made this request twice, (towards which the hotel agreed), but on both occasions there was no real follow up. The hotel could benefit with having more sincerity towards its customers.

The hotel following strict rules of safety standard measure for Covid-19 prevention, start from checking in, during stay, and checked out. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The building has been renewed, I saw many sections are improved. The price is just right with the experience overall. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come here for a wedding. Kapuas Ballroom was quite nice, the food is OK. The banquet staff was really great & friendly. But the sound system is too loud & doesn't sound good. I hope it could be better.
