★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a s*** hotel, guys, REALLY don't come even close, to this place, the worst and I have been in many places.
Food the worst you will end paying top price with Covid and going to bed belly empty, if you want to have a disgasting experience is your choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room might not be fancy with new style but the room is spacious, their bed and pillow are comfortable (in my opinion). The AC work well, WIFI strong and stable - they also have LAN plug so you can connect your laptop to the internet directly. When i enter the room - its clean and smell fresh.
The staff are very nice and super helpful during my quarantine here. They answer phone call very quick.
I can’t get enough with their food! So good!
There is nothing to complain about ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for for quarantine , food was great , bed also comfortable and room was clean enough , but sadly my toilet having a bit of problem with the flush. Hope they improve it everything else is fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wanted to stay in this hotel for quarantine. we corresponded, found out all the details, sent all the necessary documents, there was no response from the hotel for two days, and only after writing a bunch of times in a row they wrote that there were no free places. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst stay ever. Stayed there for 5d quarantine. The food comes super late, some even smelly. The room not clean. And they didn't give me my PCR test result, and not responding nor responsible. I need my test result before my flight, and they promised me it will be ready the next day, in the morning before my checkout. But none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel staff is polite and humble. Food quality is also good only limitation is that you don't get Indian food here. But Indonesian, Chinese and Western cuisines are available and quality is appreciable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In addition to the other things i mentioned apparently you will be forced to listen to something possibly prayers or a gathering and they never stop. I’ve asked to be moved to either another hotel or another room where it is not so disruptive but they do not respond. So if you do use this hotel try to get your needs figured out ahead of time. I thought I did just that but… communication is virtually impossible! Most hotels around the world have English speaking staff but this hotel doesn’t seem to. It’s been very frustrating! I came looking for some peace and it’s impossible. Bring earplugs and be prepared to wear all day. If you are a coffee drinker be prepared to have powdered cream and for it to be quite the challenge to get milk or cream or for your coffee to be hot! No microwave in the room and I asked hours ago… very unresponsive! I am generally a very easy going person with simple needs but I have a medical condition that requires I eat regularly so I suggest to anyone in the same boat this is NOT the place to maintain your health or well being. The staff are nice but they have no idea what you are talking about and you don’t get anything you ask for then you feel like a jerk having to ask repeatedly! I’m Canadian and very polite as per usual but this is just too much! I will never stay here again. Call me weird but I need food and I’d rather not listen to prayers, singing preaching ALL day! I love a bit of it but ALL day? And I can’t escape unless I wear ear plugs! ??
