★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ingin blak-blakkan disini negatif dan positif di kost ini. Sy baru saja pindah dr kost ini dan menyewa 2 bulan disini. Sebnrnya di bulan pertama saya sudah tidak kuat lagi tapi masih saya sabar2in. krn sulit mencari kost yg sesuai yg sy ingin kan.
Pertama negatif : harga 3,2jt tdk sesuai fasilitas yg diberikan, biasanya kepala 2- 3jtan sdh dikasi free fasilitas laundry n air pam tp dikost ini TIDAK dan listrik mahal sekali 100rb untuk 4 hari pdhal sy sdh sehemat2 mgkn, setiap kamar beda listrik seperti nya tdk stabil. Kl tdk percaya cek sdri pakai dlm sehari boros kan pemakaian listrik, n hari ke 2 hemat2 n sering cek token, ac tdk dingin sesuai derajat, setiap habis mandi badan sy gatal krn kulit sy sensitif dan tdk kuat dgn air sumur jkt kecuali air sumur kampung beda yach... . Krn jkt air sumur sangat kotor/ air got. Sampai sy jarang mandi, pdhal sk suka mandi. Di kost ini setiap sy mandi seperti mandi burung n sy sikat gigi pakai air galon. Oh iya kulit bdn sy sampai kering, n korengan. Wajah jerawatan byk dibagian dagu krn gk kuat sm air nya.
Positif nya : ukuran kamarnya besar n nyaman sekali krn ada balkon, ada dapur umum ( yg lain habis masak suka gk bersihin dapur bikin jijik, beda ya krn sy suka bersih lgsg sy bersihkan, jk tdk percy cek cctv, yg lain dah pakai gk dibersihkan jorok/pemalas). Pengelola ramah, fast respon, ob juga ramah kecuali 1 org agak resek yg sudah berumur hehe.. Menurut saya tingkatkan lg air kost an, krn seboros2 nya penyewa sebulan pakai air gk sampai 100rb koq. Jika sdh berubah lbh baik sy akan kembali lg. Terutama air hehe. Btw tingkat kan lg bos mslh air supaya pd betah penghuni nya. Gk keluar msk trs. Yg pgn lama menyewa jd berubah fikiran karna air.
I want to be clear about the negatives and positives in this boarding house. I just moved from this boarding house and rented 2 months here. Actually in the first month I was not strong anymore but I still am patient. because it's hard to find the right boarding house what I want right.
First negative: the price of 3.2 million does not match the facilities provided, usually 2- 3 million heads have been given free laundry facilities n water, but this is NOT and electricity is very expensive for 100 thousand for 4 days, even though I have saved as much as 2 mgkn, each room has different electricity like it labile. Kl don't believe the check, I use it in a day, it's wasteful to use electricity, on the 2nd day I save often I check tokens, the air conditioner isn't cold to the degree, every time I take a shower my body itches because my skin is sensitive and not strong with well water except village well water yach different .... Because the well water is very dirty / sewage water. Until I rarely shower, even if I like to take a shower. In this boarding house, every time I take a shower like a bird bath, I brush my teeth using gallon water. Oh yeah, my skin got dry, and it sores. There is a lot of spotty face on the chin because the water isn't strong.
The positives: the size of the room is large and very comfortable because there is a balcony, there is a public kitchen (others who have finished cooking like not cleaning the kitchen make it disgusted, it's different because I like to clean, I can clean it, if I don't believe in checking CCTV, others have used it not cleaned slob / lazy). The manager is friendly, fast responds, ob is also friendly except for 1 person who is a bit recess who is old hehe .. In my opinion, increase the boarding water again, because the tenants are wasteful a month using water not up to 100 thousand. If it's changed better I'll come back again. Especially water hehe. Btw, do you improve the boss, including water so that the residents feel at home. Gk out, thanks. Those who have been renting for a long time have changed their mind because of the water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosnya bagus, kasurnya enak, harga sangat worth it karena fasilitas yang diberikan sangat memadai. Lokasi kos juga sangat strategis, security jg sangat ramah.
The boarding house is good, the mattress is good, the price is very worth it because the facilities provided are very adequate. The location of the boarding house is also very strategic, security is also very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay! Good service from landlady and the security team. There are kitchens in every floor. Common areas being cleaned every morning and afternoon. Fast response if the are any issue related to plumbing and other trouble. Recommended to stay here!
