★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a colored contact lens that hurt my eyes badly and wanted to exchange but customer service said cannot. It’s very disappointed customer service. I thought I chose well known brand can have good service but turn out it’s BAD irresponsible service. I never have such bad shopping experience. I wish I didn’t come to this shop for contact lens. Saya membeli lensa kontak berwarna yang sangat melukai mata saya dan ingin menukarnya tetapi layanan pelanggan mengatakan tidak bisa. Ini sangat mengecewakan layanan pelanggan. Saya pikir saya memilih merek terkenal dapat memiliki layanan yang baik tetapi ternyata itu adalah layanan yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Saya tidak pernah memiliki pengalaman belanja yang buruk. Saya berharap saya tidak datang ke toko ini untuk lensa kontak.
