★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sayang sekali CS Whatsappnya tidak dapat memberikan informasi terkait produk yang kita tanyakan / sedang kita cari di optik melawai ini, malah menyarankan buka websitenya, padahal saya sudah buka websitenya tapi tidak jelas dan tidak menemukan yang saya cari sampai saya memutuskan untuk bertanya langsung ke cs whatsapp yang tertera, malah mendapatkan balasan seperti itu
It's a shame the Whatsapp CS couldn't provide information regarding the product we asked about / we're looking for at Optical Melawai, instead suggesting opening the website, even though I've opened the website but it's not clear and can't find what I'm looking for until I decide to ask directly to WhatsApp cs listed, even get a reply like that
