★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited irwan team sms on june 25th, and it was the worst haircut i ever got from irwan team. I requested for long bob haircut, however the stylist recommended to give some layers to it for a better shape. The results was really bad, the length of my hair was asymmetric, the layers on the left side was super short and much longer on the right side.
It was really bad that i ended up going to another salon. The other salon’s stylist said that i needed to wait for at least 2 months for my hair to grow back because the layer was already too short to fix.
I am totally disappointed by irwan team and i dont feel confident about my hair at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissapointed with the hair cut, result was poor. I have came to this place in the past four years although many times after the cut I kept on regretting it because it was always too short to my liking. Until my last visit last week, the stylish cut my long hair by 15 cm and making it so short and not as per my brief. Ok that will be my last visit for the hair cut. Maybe good for hair stylish to always communicate and check before making a significant changes.
