★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sangat buruk, masalah nasabah sama sekali tidak selesai, sy dtg untuk menanyakan user id karena ganti hp dan lupa user idnya, waktu di cek csnya bilang "user idnya buat sendiri ya soapny beda dengan yang biasa" BERARTI DIA UDH TAU DONG USER IDNYA trus malah mempermasalahkan kartunya juga udh sampai mana dll, padahal saya sudah bilang, jika one mobile bisa digunakan lagi, saya tidak usah punya kartunya gapapq, trus saya disambungkan ke call center untuk menghapus id di perangkat yg lama selagi mereka mengirim email untuk mengetahui kartu saya sampai mana DANNN ITU LAMA BANGETT saya sampe keluar beli kopi didepan hanya mempermasalahkan kartu yg jelas" saya sudah bilang saya hanya butuh one mobile tdk butuh kartu, mereka akhirny blg kalo di cabang udh gabisa liat user kita harus lewat atm PADAHAL ATM BARU JUGA AKTIFINNY LEWAT ONE MOBILE JUGA, KLO ONE MOBILE BLOM BISA GIMANA CARANY KARTUNYA AKTIF, LAGIAN TD SEBELUMNY BILANG USER ID SAYA BERBEDA, KALO DIA TAU BERARTI DI SISTEM MASIH BISA DONG. tapi yaudahlah saya pulang katany nanti dikabari(masi soal kartu) seminggu kemudian sy telp call center untuk menanyakan kartu sudah sampai mana, saya juga menanyakan gmn cara aktifin kartunya utk memperoleh user id, TERNYATA USER ID CUMAN TINGGAL DI BUATIN LAPORAN TRUS DIKIRIM LEWAT EMAIL DONGGGGGG, KENAPA CSNYA KEKEUH HARUS PAKE KARTUU, SUMPAH KALO BKN KARNA PAYROLL JUGA GAMAU
The service is very bad, the customer problem has not been resolved at all, I am asking for the user id because I changed the cellphone and forgot the user id, when I checked the cs it said "the user id is made myself, the soap is different from the usual" MEANS DIA UDH TAU DONG USER ID then instead, the card is also up to where etc., even though I already said, if one mobile can be used again, I don't have to have the card gapapq, then I was connected to the call center to delete the id on the old device while they sent an email to find out my card arrived where DANNN IT WAS SO OLD I came out buying coffee in front of just a clear card "I told you I only need one mobile, don't need a card, they finally can't see the user at the branch, we have to pass the ATM. MOBILE ALSO, KLO ONE MOBILE BLOM CAN HOW TO ACTIVATE CARANY, MORE THAN BEFORE SAYING MY USER ID IS DIFFERENT, IF HE TAU MEANS IN THE SYSTEM CAN STILL DONG. but okay, I went home, I said, I would be informed (still about the card) a week later, I called the call center to ask where the card had gone, I also asked how to activate the card to get a user id, it turns out that USER ID STAYS IN MAKE A TRUS REPORT SENT BY EMAIL DONGGGGG , WHY CSNYA KEKEUH HAVE TO USE CARD, SUMPAH IF BKN KARNA PAYROLL IS ALSO GAMAU
