★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time here and I think it's a bit overated. The room is spacious and clean, OK. But the building, door, bed, electricity, bathroom, all old. Also surprisingly there is no aircon in the room! Okay this hotel is located at Puncak, but in the afternoon we still need aircon, by price 1.8 mn IDR per night, come on! Will think hundred times to come back here tbh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love stay here! Pretty good scenery, delicious food that is served, good hotels staffs. If you luck you will see the wild monkey in front of your room! If you stay here don't forget to order Cianjur Fried Chicken, it sambal is really delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massive resort in Puncak, big room, good services, delicious food, nice swimming pool (not heated), also kids friendly with kids activity room & rabbit farm, perfect for family.
Sadly our room has keycard problem so 30 min after check in, they move us to another room. If this not happened, I would give this resort 5 stars. They should check it first before guest checked in...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. The receptionist lady wanting to charge aadditional water for 4 million a night room. Where the common sense? The room has bugs and the swimming pool is filthy. I wish the management look into this matter seriously. Very disappointed. We have been to Ritz and Padma. They have better pricing and way better service. But this is the worst.
