β β β β β A woody, nature-themed resort with many lovely cottages. Easy to spot from the road. Reasonable price for such cozy lodgings and great view! I stayed for one night at Alula 01 room woth private balcony and it was worth it. Hot water was available and the water pressure's strong enough so showering felt enjoyable. The view of Puncak landscape, greeneries and vast sky really ease your mind. Staff were friendly and very helpful too. There were two swimming pools and they were clean, well-maintained, and so was the whole cottage area. Will definitely come again for a getaway!

β β β β β For a short escape, to be honest, this place is quite suitable and appropriate. Surrounded by green environment and fresh air, probably you'll only find minor flaws. However, by the name of "Private Balcony" in Anila 04, our so-called balcony is not that private. Every time people came by, they looked up and that was rather annoying. The swimming pool is not in a good condition..

β β β β β I arrived late, the only thing that I didnt like about this place was the wifi and how bad the phone provider reception here. Other than that the place was amazing! The staff was kind and breakfast was excellent! The morning view was breathtaking! I had the newly built room, it wasnt 100% done yet so it seems, but waterheater was working properly so that is all I needed, hotel provides amenities such as towels, liquid body soap and shampoo in sachet form, however no slippers and no toothbrush set. Tv has no cable channels only local ones. The tea and coffee were placed at their public "living room", and they also provided 2 water bottles in room. Bed and sheets were not as white and thick as the ones you find at the usual hotel and pillows werent as comfy and decent as the ones in hotels. The blanket a bit smelly for me but maybe because they havent had any guests in a while, i hope during my next visit the hotel will improve their quality. Thank you Kalana :)

β β β β β This place is to expensive compare to facility we got. We stay at Anila 02 / family room. No wifi here .... bathroom without hot water and puddle everywhere. Can you imagine that in the cold air, we must use cold shower. Not for older people because a lot of stairs. And the pool and environment very dirty. You must think twice if you want to stay in this resort.

β β β β β Nice experience to stay here with whole big family. We choose weekdays, not many guests stayed there, and feels like we rented the whole resort. So, worth enough!

β β β β β The place kinda old and not well maintained. It is dangerous to bring kids here because so many window can not be locked and the owner didn't repair it. Chance for kids to fall from the window is very high with this condition. This place is not suitable too for elderly because so many stairs there. The bathroom quite dirty. The plus side, they have beautiful scenery here.
