★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need a lot lot of improvement. The room are big but not so clean, front office are slow, breakfast menu very limited. Kids playground are fun but not a lots of attractions. I give 3.5 from 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect hotel for families, lots of fun activities for both adults and children. The only downside is the actual bedroom interior itself, while the room is quiet big but they didn't bother to make it more warm and inviting. With only 2 small ceiling lamps, isn't sufficient to cover the entire room. The bathroom is wide but feels so empty. Oh and the breakfast is meh, what I can say is don't expect too much, it's fulfilling to say the least.
At least the bed is comfortable and their dinner menu is really tasty, which is a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I stayed at Palace Hotel Cipanas in December 2021. We had booked 4 rooms. It was not a very good hotel experience. Basic cleanliness was lacking. I had to call House Keeping as we went to sweep all the rooms and even the corridor which was full of dirt and hair. Even the sheets and duvet were not very clean. The bathrooms were another story. Very poorly maintained and basically - dirty. The hotel has a huge space and can do so much better with what they have.
Another issue we had was with the lighting in the rooms and also the common areas. The poor lighting made the rooms look so gloomy and dull.
And finally, the food. It wasn't great. Indonesian food is so nice, it's a pity the hotel can't do better with the range of food items and the taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a lot of space. Reception is upstairs. The exterior looks good,the room is big but not really clean. Not sure why the bathroom space is too big but is not necessary. and also use the old-style room key-locking system, including the balcony door, the room must be locked with a key-lock. If anyone gets a room at the swimming pool and playground You will not be happy in the morning of rest. If there are children playing, it will be loud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well... The swimming pool was WAY too cold. Please make the water a bit warmer. I was freezing there. Also, the TV doesn't have YouTube. So yeah... But, It has nice food. It's Not bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a family hotel, located nearby the Cipanas Palace, the market, the restaurants abd the view from the hotel is really good.
The staffs are hospitable and the service is okay. It is good for those who like sports. The concept of the hotel is more or less the same as hotel Borobudur Jakarta. It's just the stuffs at the gym looks like old, though still working. The place is good as the glass windows can be opened to get fresh air.
I consider, this hotel is recommended for those who wants to stay for business and leisure in Cipanas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a comfortable and nice hotel, with nice location, big pool and great ambience. The staff are really nice and helpful. The room is quite big with a big bathroom. Although at first the sheet in our room is very dirty, we called the house keeping and they immediately changed it with the clean one. The only bad thing about this hotel is the view, we expected to have a mountain view which we could only get it from the cafe (we got the room with pool view btw). All in all, it's a good place for rest and short escape.
