★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salam Pak Henry. Saya Yulita, salah satu pembeli Apartemen Bogor Mansion (yang sekarang bernama Zarindah) yg terletak di Jl. Achmad Sobana, Bogor. Pada tahun 2013 membuat Akta Jual-Beli yang kebetulan dilakukan dengan Kantor Notaris Bapak. Saat itu (2013) berkantor di Jl. Sawojajar No. 22F, Bogor (Cover Akta terlampir).
Mohon maaf sebelumnya, saya ingin menanyakan dan memohon nasehat dari Bapak dan rekan-rekan Notaris di perusahaan Bapak, apa yang harus kami lakukan karena sampai sekarang bangunan Apartemen kami (Apartemen Zarindah, Tower A) belum juga jadi dan terbengkalai pembangunannya. Pembangunan ini sesungguhnya sudah tertunda terus sejak awal pemesanan (DP), dll, yaitu sejak tahun 2006. Bayangkan ini berarti sudah hampir 15 tahun kami menunggu dan belum ada kejelasan dan kepastian kapan kami akad dan dapat menempati Apartemen tersebut?.

In 2013, made a Sale-Purchase Deed which happened to be done with your Notary Office. At that time (2013) his office was at Jl. Sawojajar No. 22F, Bogor (Cover Deed attached).
Sorry in advance, I would like to ask and ask for advice from your Notary colleagues in your company, what should we do because until now our apartment building (Zarindah Apartment, Tower A) has not been completed and its construction is neglected. This development has actually been delayed since the initial order (DP), etc., namely since 2006. Imagine this means that we have been waiting for almost 15 years and there is no clarity and certainty when we will be able to contract and occupy the apartment ?.
