Begitu pula dengan budaya Indonesia yang sudah sejak lama berkembang di Korea Utara hingga diadopsi sebagai salah satu produk kebudayaan di sana. Oleh karena itu, kerjasama dalam bidang kebudayaan harus selalu dikembangkan secara kolektif oleh kedua belah pihak. Kerjasama yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai gotong royong, reformasi, dan idealisme. Lebih baik lagi jika kedua belah pihak dapat memusnahkan praktik-praktik kapitalisme dalam industri kebudayaan yang mengancam keberadaan para pelaku industri kebudayaan proletar.
 Along with the mushrooming of the Korean Wave in Indonesia, North Korea is increasingly being looked at by many Indonesians. Likewise, Indonesian culture has long developed in North Korea until it is adopted as one of the cultural products there. Therefore, cooperation in the field of culture must always be developed collectively by both parties. Cooperation based on the values of mutual cooperation, reform and idealism. It is even better if both sides can destroy the practices of capitalism in the cultural industry which threaten the existence of the proletarian cultural industry actors.
