★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience! Kayanya di indonesia masalah urusan administrasi emang ga pernah bisa simple dan cepat. Udah pasti ga gampang. Prinsipnya kalau bisa dibikin lama kenapa musti cepat? Biar apa coba. Ngajuin visa dari karantina pas balik 3hari ampe balik jadi 7hari blom kelar juga. Kerasa banget dilama2in. Cerita dari yang ajuin visa di vfs kelengkapan dokumen bisa ditungguin di hari yang sama ini ada dokumen kurang malah disaranin kirim by JNE. Seriously dokumen penting kudu dikirim lewat JNE padahal lokasi saya dekat. Giliran udah mo drop dokumen kecepatan 5 menit aja minta dispensasi malah sama resepsionis gedung diomelin, alesannya udah ada orang masa sih pas kesana kosong tuh. Staf gedung nya judes2. Padahal bikin visa bayar loh ga gratis, apalagi yang bikin visa buat apply beasiswa ya pasti dianggap remeh banget. Ga ada garansi berhasil juga, proses melelahkan. Padahal udah spare waktu 2 minggu masih juga ga kelar. Bikin stres banget. Pantes aja banyak orang lebih milih pake agen karena prosesnya bener2 bikin kapok. Pantes aja banyak orang korupsi dan manfaatin fasilitas kantor buat jalan2 keluar negeri karena klo ajuin pribadi dengan alesan yang jujur malah dicurigain,dilamain dan dipersulit prosesnya. Moral of the story klo mo ajuin visa pribadi spare waktu 3bulan sebelum keberangkatan, trus jangan rencanain apa2, jangan kerja janhan ngapa2in karena kalo engga lu bakal stres dan makan hati banget.
 Bad experience! It seems that in Indonesia, administrative matters can never be simple and fast. It's definitely not easy. The principle is that if it can take a long time, why must it be fast? Let's what try. I applied for a visa from quarantine when I came back for 3 days until it was 7 days and it hasn't been finished yet. It's very hard for a long time. Stories from those who apply for a visa on VFS complete documents can be waited on on the same day, there are insufficient documents, instead it is recommended to send them by JNE. Seriously important documents have to be sent via JNE even though my location is close. It's your turn to drop the document at a speed of 5 minutes, just ask for a dispensation, even the receptionist of the building was scolded, the reason is that someone already had it when it was empty. The building staff is bitchy. Even though making a paid visa is not free, let alone making a visa to apply for a scholarship is definitely considered very trivial. There is no guarantee of success either, the process is tiring. Even though it's been 2 weeks of spare time, it's still not finished. Very stressful. No wonder many people prefer to use an agent because the process really makes them give up. No wonder a lot of people are corrupt and take advantage of office facilities for traveling abroad because if you submit a personal application for honest reasons, the process is suspected, manipulated and the process complicates. Moral of the story, if you apply for a personal visa, you will have 3 months spare time before departure, then don't plan anything, don't work, don't do anything because if you don't, you will be stressed and eat your heart out.

I was astonished by how friendly the service was (In my case, to the visa processing department) i kept on calling and sending e-mail to make sure i have every requirements, and they are always happy to give you the information you need, especially Ms. Asri, she's just.. the best. Lol.

He only nice to foreigners, so much microagression and discrimination.
The Belgium should known better to hire local staff for this behaviour in Europe absolutely a NO. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The embassy was not so big in space and was really quiet there. At the moment, the staff was genuinely friendly and helping. I was calling for few times when I needed more details about documents legalisation exactly before I managed to go down there.
