cuman suster nye sangat tidak sopan terhadap kostumer .
 I have to give this 3 stars not because of the doctor, but because of the doctor. the doctor is very good.
it's just that the nurse is very disrespectful to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kualitas bagusss ,nyaman ,staf baik tapi saya kasih bintang 2 karena isi cream nya di cabang kelapa gading sedikit bangettt yaahhh ,beda sama kaya di cabang depok atau pun di blok m ,mohon untuk cabang kelapa gading di sama ratakan untuk isi berat cream nya
Good quality, comfortable, good staff but I give 2 stars because the cream contents are in the ivory coconut branch a little bang, yeah, it's the same as in the Depok branch or in the M block, please ask for the ivory coconut branch at the same level to fill the weight of the cream

Besttt...the dr is nice, the staff is friendly and friendly...the medicine isn't instant, but the process takes 3 months to make a change...best anyway

Tempatnya dingin, dan bersih. Sangat nyaman untuk menunggu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sejauh ini pelayanan memuaskan. Cuman pas pertama kali facial disini berasa kurang bersih. Kek cuman bentar banget.. kalo di cabang depok ditimer pas facial, jadi berasa lama.. sebelum di facial juga pada dipijet2 dulu mukanya. Udh gt pas pertama kali facial, mbak terapis makan mie duluu pas nunggu saya di masker, abis ituuu langsung megang muka saya, berasa muka jadi bau mie :(
Pas dateng kedua baru puas bgt! Mbak terapis ramah dan baik bgt. Ngerasa bersih .. pas dateng ketiga juga cukup puas..
Untuk mbak2 frontliner ramah banget, cs nya juga ramah.. untuk mbak2 ini saya kasih bintang 100 ? semoga nmw makin cucok.. akhirnya sy pake krim nmw lagi setelah rehat karena mukanya pada merah2 .. semogaa kembali seperti dulu muka saya
So far the service is satisfactory. It's just that the first time the facial here feels less clean. Kek, it's only for a while.. if at the Depok branch, the timer is done during the facial, so it feels like a long time.. before the facial, the face is also massaged first. After the first facial, the therapist ate noodles first while waiting for me on the mask, after that, he immediately grabbed my face, felt like my face smelled like noodles :(
When I came second, I was very satisfied! Ms. the therapist is friendly and very nice. Feels clean.. when I came to the third, I was quite satisfied..
For ladies and gentlemen, the frontliners are very friendly, the cs are also friendly.. for these ladies and gentlemen, I will give 100 stars I hope you find it more suitable.. I ended up using Nmw cream again after a break because my face was red.. I hope my face will return to the way it used to be

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang sih menurutku. Paketan ada ekstraksi whitehead, tapi realita ga ada. Ditanya juga jawabannya “itu sebenernya untuk yg keliatan bgt white headnya”. Padahal ga mungkin aku ga ada komedo, at least harusnya dicoba dicek dulu. Atau DIKASIH TAU. Bukan diem aja.
Terus ribet juga, habis dikasih anestesi disuruh nunggu duduk lama, pdahal sepi banget kliniknya. Untuk sementara, ga deh untuk balik lagi.
Less I think. The package has whitehead extraction, but reality doesn't exist. When asked, the answer is "that's actually for the one with the white head". Even though it's impossible that I don't have blackheads, at least I should try to check it first. Or LISTENED. Not just shut up.
It's also complicated, after being given anesthesia, I was told to wait for a long time to sit, even though the clinic was very quiet. For now, I can't go back.

Bilng waktu nyah ga cukup bukan nyah dokter bilng klo fecial harus sampai bersih semua tp ini 99% komedo masih bayak dan sayah konsul diksh resep asal2lan masa dokter dan disuruhiin untuk treatment trs gprnh jerawatan di hidung ini mah malah bnyak skli kecewa sm nmw klpa gading!!!!!!!!!
The therapist was in a big hurry at that time, since the facial hasn't been cleaned, everything is about to end. Saying the time isn't enough, the doctor says that the facials have to be clean, but 99% of the blackheads are still a lot and I'm a consul who gave me a random prescription from the doctor and was told to do treatment, so why not have pimples on my nose? !!!!!!!!
