SOP yang di jalankan banyak dilanggar, surveyor dan Tim teknis asal ngecap ( analisa tdk valid) pekerjaan terlalu lama , ini kenapa pihak Toyota dan OTO Finance kerjasama dengan asuransi ini.. surat penolakan saya balik lagi karena aturan SOP banyak dilanggar , rugi menggunakan asuransi sinar mas....
The worst insurance !! Many of the SOPs that are run are violated, the surveyors and the technical team just say (invalid analysis) the work is too long, this is why Toyota and OTO Finance collaborate with this insurance ... my rejection letter is back because the rules of SOP are violated, loss using ray insurance mas ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asuransi yang sangat buruk dan saya punya pengalaman buruk diperas asuransi ini, kesepakatan awal kena 3x klaim padahal 2 kejadian, setelqh diikuti dan dimasukkan bengkel ternyata harus tambah 1x klaim lagi dikarenakan alasan tidak kelihatan, dan selalu menyalahkan customer.
Atasan estimator pun tidak bisa menyelesaikan masalah dan hanya menyalahkan customer dan tidak mau tahu.
Saya sangat kecewa karena kondisi kantor juga kumuh, pelayanan buruk, dan terjadi pemerasan di akhir proses ketika mau ambil mobil dari bengkelnya.
