Maaf kalau saya ikut komentar direview karna TDK ada wadah yg bisa menampung komplain saya Saya member lama sekali di oriskin Lotte bahkan sblm kliniknya buka saya udah ambil paket dgn teman-teman saya Dulu pelayanannya SGT bagus , konsultan nya SGT ramah dan slalu reminder untuk jadwal treatment Begitupun terapisnya yg dulu pijatannya enak Saya SGT kecewa akhir akhir ini karena susah sekali dapat jadwal utk treatment Yg paling buat saya kecewa konsultan yg sekarang beda sekali dgn yg sebelumnya TDK pernah mengingatkan saya utk treatment Servicenya sangat jelek , tapi apabila menawarkan sesuatu agar saya beli pasti manis sekali Sepertinya saya TDK akan transaksi LG cukup menghabiskan paket yg sekarang sj Tambah LG customer service di depan yg TDK ramah Hampir seluruh staff yg tdk ramah walaupun ada sebagian yg masih baik Semoga dgn review ini bisa di baca oleh management agar lebih mengutamakan service yg baik
Sorry if I join the comments reviewed because TDK has a container that can accommodate my complaints I was a member for a long time in poor or Lotte, even before the clinic was opened I already took a package with my friends Previously, SGT's service was good, SGT's consultants were friendly and always reminder to schedule treatment Likewise, the therapist used to have good massage I am disappointed SGT lately because it is very difficult to get a schedule for treatment What is most disappointing for me is that the consultant is now very different from the one TDK previously reminded me to treat The service is very ugly, but if you offer something so I buy it must be very sweet Looks like I TDK will LG transaction is enough to spend the current package Add LG customer service in front of TDK friendly ones Almost all staff are not friendly even though there are some who are still good Hopefully this review can be read by management to prioritize good service

saya juga amat sangat kecewa dan merasa dibohongin oleh marketingnya, tahun lalu saya dan teman2 ditawarin program MP selama 6 bulan , dimana perjanjiannya akan mendapatkan cash back selama 12 kali sebesar 1,6 jt yg akan ditranfer ke rekening setiap akhir bulan, tapi tidak pernah on time dan sudah beberapa bulan ini selalu telat , bahkan untuk yg bulan Desember 2019 sampai saat ini belum juga ditranfer , kami sudah menghubungi marketing untuk follow up , tapi belum ada kelanjutan cuma janji2 surga saja, padahal kami member lama sejak awal oriskin buka di lotte kelapa gading

Saya kecewa dan merasa dibohongin sama Ziah oriskin Lotte. Hari ini Saya ditawarin produk sun block sm Ziah dimana disitu ada ukuran kecil dan besar tp katanya harganya sama aja 1 jt yg kecil maupun besar krn di system terteranya cuman 1 hrg, sy dpt disc max ktnya 30%.. setelah saya kroscek oriskin cabang lain ternyata sunblock itu ada 2 macam yg kecil hrg 500an yg gede 1jtaan dan disc bisa50%.. sial uda ketipu sm marketing lotte..? cantik2 berhijab tp nipu.. padahal sy member lama di oriskin
I was disappointed and felt cheated by Ziah or poor Lotte. Today I was offered a Ziah sm sun block product where there were small and large sizes but he said the price was just the same 1 million small or large because the terteranya system was only 1 hrg, I was able to disc max at 30% .. after I crossed or poor other branches it turns out that there are 2 types of sunblock that is small hrg 500s that big 1 million and the disc can be 50% .. damn I have cheated sm marketing lotte ..

tolong manajemen oriskin dipantau lagi. jangan cuma iming2 saja di umbar. hanya janji aja. saya salah satu org yang ditawarin mp oleh oriskin. walaupun saya baru bergabung bulan juni 2019. yang bernama faisal yang menawarkan mp manis sekali penawaran yan ditawarkan. dengan cash back janji setiap tgl 30 akhir bulan ditransfer sebesar 1.600.000. tapi tidak sesuai janjinya. disaat member tanya selalu akan ditanyaklan oleh finance. tapi gak pernah ditindak lanjut. untuk mp bln november 2019 dibayrkan dengan saya maki tgl 20 desember. untuk bulan desember baru ditransfer tgl 16 januari 2010. tidak tahu untuk bln januari pasti dibayarkan mgkn tgl 16 februari. itupun dengan ancaman dan makian akan dialporkan ke kantor polisi. tolong itu faisal kasih penjelasan kenapa blm ditransfer sesuai perjanjian?????? jangan lari dari tanggung jawab. mustinya bisa menjelaskan . kalau seperti ini terus bisa tutup oriskin. dan member akan lari ke klinik yang lain. tolong camkan itu. jangan setiap bln org harus cuap2 capek tau.
please monitor poor management again. don't just lure it on umbar. just a promise. I am one of the people that was offered by poor poor mp. even though I just joined in June 2019. named faisal who offers mp adorable offers on offer. with cash back promises every date 30 end of the month transferred 1,600,000. but not according to its promise. when members ask questions, they will always be asked by finance. but never followed up. for mp mth november 2019 it was paid for by me on 20 December. for the month of December just transferred on January 16, 2010. do not know for January, certainly must be paid on February 16. even then with threats and curses will be reported to the police station. please faisal please give an explanation why hasn't been transferred according to the agreement ?????? don't run away from responsibility. should be able to explain. if it's like this you can close or poor. and the member will run to another clinic. please bear that in mind. do not every month orgah must tired tired know.

Sebetulnya perawatannya ok banget, agak disayangkan untuk proses bookingnya sulit karena nomor telpon yang mereka cantumkan di google tidak bisa dihubungi, karena ada proses galian di jalanan depan klinik, seharusnya nomor tersebut diperbaharui sehingga bisa dikontak. Akhirnya harus ke sana baru bisa untuk booking minggu depannya. Perawatan di sana cukup ok, alat yang digunakan merek Alma Laser, jadi cukup terpercaya. Dokternya baik. Kebersihan agak kurang. Marketingnya berusaha jual paket member, akan saya pertimbangkan.
Actually the treatment is really ok, it's a bit unfortunate for the booking process to be difficult because the telephone numbers they listed on Google could not be contacted, because there was an excavation process on the street in front of the clinic, the number should have been updated so that it could be contacted. Finally have to go there just to book next week. The treatment there is quite ok, the tool used by the Alma Laser brand, so it's quite reliable. The doctor is good. Cleanliness is somewhat lacking. The marketing is trying to sell member packages, I will consider.

I rarely dropped a negative review on any places especially on aesthetic clinic. This is by far the worst. Mau bikin janji untuk facial susah sekali, ternyata telponnya diganti dan tidak ada pemberitahuan ke member, jadi saya harus ketempat langsung untuk bertanya. Friendly reminder untuk facial juga tidak ada, padahal saya sudah jadi member. Di klinik facial lainnya saya selalu (minimal) di sms untuk mengingatkan sudah waktunya facial. Customer engagement nya kurang sekali. Performa facial standar dan kurang konsisten dan malah tambah berjerawat. Not worth it in my opinion. Transparansi mengenai sisa paket facial juga kurang, saya bertanya tentang sisa jatah facial tapi informasinya hanya β€œmasih banyak”. Maaf saya harus komentar di goomaps karna wadah untuk saran/kesan tidak dijawab (sosial media tidak aktif) terakhir posting 2018. Therapist nya juga terlihat tidak ada kerjasama, sempat debat dgn karyawan lain dimeja depan, saya pernah ditinggal ditengah2 proses facial sama therapistnya, sampai akhirnya di gantikan dengan therapist lain. Kurang higienis juga, ada therapist yg setelah main HP cuci tangan pake air doang langsung mau makein sunblock dimuka. No thank you.

Friendly reminder for facials is also not there, even though I'm already a member. At other facial clinics I am always (at a minimum) texted to remind myself that it's facial time. Customer engagement is very lacking. Standard facial performance and less consistent and even added zits. Not worth it in my opinion. Transparency regarding the remaining facial packages is also lacking, I ask about the remaining facial rations but the information is only "still a lot". Sorry I have to comment on goomaps because the forum for suggestions / impressions was not answered (social media is not active) the last post 2018. The therapist also seemed to have no collaboration, had a debate with other employees at the front desk, I was left in the middle of the facial process with his therapist, until finally replaced by another therapist. Less hygienic too, there are therapists who after playing cell phones wash their hands with water and want to make sunblock in advance. No thank you.

Kecewa, susah dihubungi! Marketing yang urus saya ternyata pindah ke tempat lain tapi gak ada konfirmasi. Dan akhirnya dialihkan ke oramg lain. Saat pandemi saya coba hubungi marketing kedua untuk buat janji tapi dia juga udah resign. Lalu saya minta nomor karyawan yang masih di oriskin karena nomor klinik gak bisa dihubungi, tapi katanya gak ada nomor orang oriskin sama sekali. Dan yang pertama juga bilang kalo gak ada nomor orang oriskin sama sekali. Jadi susah banget dihubungi untuk bikin jadwal
Disappointed, hard to contact! The marketing that was taking care of me turned out to be moving to another place but there was no confirmation. And finally transferred to other people. During the pandemic I tried to contact the second marketing to make an appointment but he also resigned. Then I asked for the number of employees who were still in Oriskin because the clinic number could not be reached, but they said there was no number for the poor at all. And the first one also said that there was no number for the poor at all. So it's really hard to contact to make a schedule

Very recommended to have skin consultations here. The doctor is very friendly and patience. The staffs are nice also result is very worth the price.and the good thing is it open in the evening and even in weekend.
