★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FAILED banget pakai expedisi ini yang kerja sama dengan ojol. Dikira akan dikirim hari itu juga, taunya harus inbound dulu (tanpa ada keterangan di aplikasi dan tracing Paket yang status pickup langsung berubah past history) dan paket saya kirim 2item tapi yang diterima cuma SATU, itu pun dengan kondisi barang yang udah berantakan (saya kirim tanaman dan gelang) tanaman udah berntakan dengan tanah tumpah ke dalam paper bag , tanah nya pun cuma sebagian Di dalam papar bag dan batu2nya pun sisa-2, gelang nya beserta kartu ucapan ngga ada. Kalau diminta email, saya udah email dengan attachment sesuai info dari CS saat menelepon. Tapi disuruh kirim lagi oleh CS yang membalas email saya. Ngga lagi2 pakai expedisi ini deh. Perdana dan terakhir. Bye
It's really FAILED to use this expedition in collaboration with ojol. I thought it would be sent that day, but I had to go inbound first (without any information in the application and tracing Packages whose pickup status immediately changed past history) and the package I sent was 2 items but only ONE received, even that was with a messy condition (I sent plants and bracelets) the plants are already dotted with soil spilled into the paper bag, the soil is only partially in. Inside the bag and the stones are leftover, the bracelet and greeting cards are not there. If asked for an email, I've emailed it with an attachment according to the info from CS when I called. But asked to send it again by CS who replied to my email. No more using this expedition. Prime and last. Bye

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biasanya gak pernah pake ninja, terus kepikiran lah untuk nyoba siapa tau lebih baik dari ekspedisi lain, ternyata saya salah. Paket udah hampir seminggu gak sampe (expedisi lain 2/3 hari maksimal), mana isinya makanan lagi. Keterangan berubah ubah, tadinya parcel sedang diantar terus berubah sedang transit, besok lagi sedang diantar terus berubah lagi sedang di proses di gudang begitu terus. Maybe my first and last using ninja express. Very bad experience
Usually I never use ninja, I keep thinking about trying who knows better than other expeditions, I was wrong. The package has not arrived for almost a week (another expedition is 2/3 days maximum), where is the content of the food again. The information changes, previously the parcel was being delivered, it keeps changing, it's in transit, tomorrow it is being delivered, it keeps changing again, it's being processed in the warehouse. Maybe my first and last using ninja express. Very bad experience

The package from Kudus to Pati for 4 days didn't even arrive in the Semarang warehouse, it's better to just go on another expedition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kapok pake NX paket lama nyampe, padahal cuma dalam kota, biasanya pake SiC.... kirim siang besok siang nyampe tujuan, pake NX bisa berhari-hari, POK KAPOK
I'm tired of using NX, the old package arrived, even though it's only in the city, usually I use SiC.
