★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a text message saying that my package was on the way. When the rider arrived, I was in another part of the house and didn't hear him. He phoned me and I was able to get my package. Easy, no hassles. Great service.

1. Take long time on delivery
2. Customer service is very slow respond with very unhelpful answer, kinda stupid.
3. Their phone number aren't active.
4. Website isn't updated. Can't track your package on website.
If only we can give no star or minus.

My first impression is very exited and amaze with wa notification and Ninja Xpress Profile Picture. And second, I really amaze with notification via email. Very detail who sent and who received my package in interesting report interface. Keep this amazing services beside Ninja Xpress deliver the express package in a day. Two thumbs for Ninja Xpress

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My package was sent and arrived at their warehouse on Dec 21th 2018, there was no change until 28 Dec 2018. I contacted customer support and they said that ninja was overloaded at current time. Okay, there were several holiday during Dec. I contacted the customer service again in January, there was no response. I kept contacting thru email on January 7th 2019 and they replied they would investigate it in 5 x 24 hours during week days. Today, January 15th 2019 I contacted customer support thru phone, they said they investigated on 21-27 Dec, 27 Dec-4 Jan, 4-11 Jan, 11-15 Jan. Just stop lying and say that my package is lost! So that, I no longer need to waste my time waiting and looking for it. How many years do you need to investigate a package when I keep checking that there are many customers who have similar bad experience as me? As per January 18th, my package is stated as lost. Bad delivery time, bad customer support, bad service. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's common sense that the office is closed on night, but they always send the packets at night ! They never tell me first when they will deliver the package, so I cannot afford to standby when they deliver the package. There is once that they confirm that the office already close and we agreed to meet at Monday, but they just deliver it at Saturday when it is weekend and the office is closed. I'm really disappointed with the service, I seldom write a review, I just write it because the service really make me disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Pick-up delayed, courier cancelled and didn't reschedule for other courier to pick-up. I got complaint from my customer. Driver always ask detail of my shop address even though it's already written clearly in shopee. I will turn-off Ninja Express from my shop and will not recommend until you fix all these problems.

You even cannot track your courier position!
Your customer service asked me to wait until 10.pm while my package status at your warehouse from 7.45pm.
How come your CS doesn't have capability to read your own system??!!!
Did your company provide training for them??!!!
I've been waiting your courier until 10 pm for 4 days in a row since 16 Nov 2018.
You've exceed your delivery time estimation!!!
Absolutely will not use your miserable service in the future!!!
