★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are lower and upper ground lobbies connected by outdoor stairs and elevators. Outdoor stairs open air so not useable when rain. One of elevators under maintenance so people queueing badly. Rather confusing. Buildings not impressive & feel like in the government premises.
