β β β β β My first experience with Misumi wasnt the best. I did a lash lift but the service wasnt satisfying and I blatantly complained about its service to the manager. Good thing is, the management is willing to listen to customer critics and take it seriously, which to me, takes and shows a great deal of professionalism. They understood very well that customer service is the key. They offered me a complimentary home service for eyelash extension, and the result was beyond my expectation. Mba Yati, the therapist, came early, was very professional, did the extension quickly and comfortably, and the result was nice.
Way to go Misumi!

Tried the lash tint and lash lift services; promptly fell asleep at the gentle and professional hands of the lash techs on both occasions. No one will look after you better!

β β β β β Superb service! The staffs are very friendly and attentive, my lashes looks great and I had the greatest nap in a while! Donβt get fooled by the small space because it is actually very cute and pretty, also they took the health protocol very seriously! Will definitely always come back here for my lash fix! ???

β β β β β As someone who never had lash extension before, I wasn't quite sure which style to get. The staff was really taking their time to explain it to me and offered great suggestions, even took my glasses into a consideration. I settled with barelash and really love it, I think it's a great way to ease in into this lash extensions world.
The treatment room was small but comfortable. They made sure I was okay in every single step.
I also did their new treatment - brow perfection and one of the owner did it. She was meticulous and really friendly too. She made sure I was okay with the shade of the tint and the brow shape. Really great service. Surely will come back! Keep up the good work!

β β β β β Nice and clean. The staffs really friendly. I have never try lash lift at other places. I did here for 3 times and kinda satisfied with the result. Get the voucher from Fave, itβs cheaper and you will get cashback.
