★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyaman banget tempatnya,bersih tempatnya,mba mba nya ramah2 home me bngt deh... ruangan mssg ibu hamilnya bikin ga mau pulang,kain2nya lembut2...ini mah pasti balik lagi deh kesini...?
 Really comfortable place, clean place, his mba mba home ramah2 bngt me deh ... mother hamilnya make room mssg not want to go home, kain2nya lembut2 ... this is definitely back again deh mah here ... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya tidak ada masalah. Sampai saya menemui beberapa masalah. Yang pertama saya buat jam pinat jam 4 tapi ternyata saya telat stengah jam, dan sampai disana katanya sudah tutup yang pada kenyataannya saat saya buat reservasi sampai mereka konfirmasi kedatangan ke saya tidak info bila jam operasional tutup jam 5. Kedua saat pijat, anak saya dibalikan posisi badan dengan cara diputer tapi tarik dari kaki bukan badannya yang diputer, saya lihat dengan mata kepala dan disaksikan 2 therapis yg lain, saya disitu langsung tegur therapisnya. Ketiga, saat saya info mengenai komplainan (seminggu kemudian) CS nya malah tidak terima dan hanya bilang bahwa therapis mereka sudah kerja belasan tahun. Well, buat saya walaupun pengalaman sudah banyak tapi customer experience membuktikan pelayanan mereka. Dan sebagai customer saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan di tempat Mom n Jo Dharmawangsa. Saya ambil paket dan pijat untuk 3 anak saya. Sangat kecewa!!
Initially there were no problems. Until I ran into some problems. The first one I made at 4 o'clock, but it turned out that I was half an hour late, and arrived there he said it was closed, in fact when I made a reservation until they confirmed that my arrival was not informed if the operating hours closed at 5. Second, during the massage, my child was reversed the position of the body by twisting it but pulling it from the leg, not the body being twisted, I saw it with my eyes and was witnessed by 2 other therapists, I was there immediately warning the therapist. Third, when I informed about the complaint (a week later) the CS didn't even accept it and only said that their therapist had worked for a dozen years. Well, even though I have a lot of experience, customer experience proves their service. And as a customer I am very disappointed with the service at Mom n Jo Dharmawangsa's place. I took the package and massage for my 3 kids. Very disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ biasanya ke mom n jo fx tapi sementara pindah ke dharmawangsa karena di fx tutup.. suka banget sama mom n jo , terapis nya baik dan ramah2 , anak2 jg ga takut kl dipijat. habis dipijat langsung segar ceria makan nya banyak ?
usually to mom n jo fx but temporarily moving to dharmawangsa because fx is closed .. really like mom n jo, the therapists are kind and friendly, kids are also not afraid to get a massage. after a massage immediately fresh cheerful eat a lot ?

Agak pricey tp sesuai sama pelayanan dan fasilitas. Cuma minyak aromatheraphynya ga dikasih tau KLO hrgnya ga include di price list, dan minyaknya mahal
