★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've started coming here since more than 8 years ago. When we moved abroad, I always made time to come here everytime we came to Jakarta. And since we moved back here, we've been coming almost every week.
Their service hasn't changed, it has always been excellent, clean place, friendly and professional staff, relaxing massage.
Highly recommend for people who live in the city, as well as tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful massage & spa place in Jakarta. Everything was well managed and professional, from wonderful interior to background music to robs to showers. Although receptionist can be more informative. But other staff and therapist were really good. It's good to have a prior reservation as this place could be very full. Totally worth the money. I am surely gonna visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the hot stone massage here, nice massage. You got private room with bath tub inside. So after you got your massage you can directly relaxin your body in the hot tub. Book first if you wanna have full body massage before come if you not reserved you can only go for reflexy. Price for body massage start from 300k.small Parking space you have to left your car key with the security there so they can arrange your park.

I decided to have THE ROYAL TOUCH that cost me 325k. hoping that i will get something that worth the price but it just make me waste my time laying for 100minute and feel almost nothing.
The therapist, i dont think she massage me cause all i feel is like she just toucing my skin with no energy at all. I tried to tell her "mba di kencengin dikit dong" and she said "ini baru permulaan ka" but until 100minute she still keep doing like that. I'm so disappointed!
Also the music is so bad. i think you should play some relaxing music that make people relax at least because the massage is not so good but i can fall asleep cause of the music.
The air conditioning also very cold and there is no hot water for shower.
Bisa bayangin ga abis mijit 100menit didalam ruangan yang dingin terus harus mandi dengan air yang sama sekali ga ada hangat hangatnya terus keluar kamar mandi di sambut ac yang dingin. Fix bukannya badan enakkan malah tambah masuk angin ?

Somehow there is no internet connection from both my friend’s and my phone even though we use different operators. We need to connect to the wifi which ia quite slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very very great experience here. When I open the door I smell the aromatherapy and it’s so damn relaxing. Service was great too, every staffs here treated me like a queen lol. The massage was superb and make my body feeling so refreshed. Ginger was great too! Everything is greattt!!!

Tried the hotstone massage, the therapy was not that good and I was sooo annoyed with the musoc as they played the traditional music that was more suitable for wedding events. Told the thereapist to turn down the volume, but they didn't do it.
