We went today to The bintaro sector 2 branch with my friends and babies and really dissapointed as they never warn us in advance that we unable to have baby massage after vaccination - whats the point of booking! If we knew that, we will change the schedule and one of the lady at the reception was not having a friendly gesture when telling me that my baby cannot have the treatment - she is the one who sat next to the cashier lady.
The blood pressure checked seems odd as the lady has no clue how to read it and for a body massage? You definitely not needed a blood pressure check.
The place was too dark for mummy and babies massage also baby seemed uncomfortable and screaming during the session. My friend’s baby never stop crying during the treatment - she is the only one who can do the treatment but her mum need to gave up her body massage as she cannot stop crying and the therapist has been failed in order to calm her down. Definitely will not coming back again!
