★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tongseng dan sate! Ada pilihan ayam, kambing atau sapi. Dagingnya banyak, empuk dan tidak amis. Well cooked. Jarang makan pakai nasi, dan rasanya tidak pernah keasinan.
Tongseng and satay! There is a choice of chicken, goat or beef. Lots of meat, tender and not fishy. Well cooked. I rarely eat rice, and it's never salty.

sate kambingnya paling enakk apalagi buat yg kurang darah
tongseng goat is super spicy and mantappp is not stingy compared to others it contains only a little vegetable meat
the goat satay is the most delicious, especially for those with less blood

Sekarang yang jadi penerusnya anaknya.
Untuk rasa masakannya masih mirip dengan pak Ndut.
Ciri khas tongseng di sini yaitu lebih gurih, asin dan harum. Daging kambingnya dibakar sebentar di atas bara arang dan selanjutnya ditumis dengan bumbu tongseng. Saya suka dengan citarasanya karena dikasih rajangan bawang merah mentah. Unik bgt!
