 A special hospital for mothers and children ... pretty much complete doctors ... under the auspices of Siloam hospital ... open 24 hours every day without holidays ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommend, the doctor didnt pick up my calls eventhough i was his patient, and didnt reply my wa padahal penting banget untuk diketahui mengenai hasil lab darah; ketika consul tidak banyak info yg diberikan cenderung diam dan hanya jawab pertanyaan saja, kurang cocok dengan ibu hamil pertama kali, juga harga yg sangat mahal, 800ribu untuk sekali datang tanpa obat apapun. Bye doc!
Not recommend, the doctor didn't pick up my calls even though I was his patient, and didn't reply my wa, even though it's very important to know about the blood lab results; when the consul does not give much information, he tends to be silent and only answers questions, it is not suitable for pregnant women for the first time, also the price is very expensive, 800 thousand to come once without any medicine. Bye doc!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad/poor hospitality..(no greeting/no welcoming guest from the receptionist/front desk agent, No smile also.. PLEASE, TRAINE YOUR RECEPTIONIST/FRONT DESK AGENT, HOW TO GREETING TO THE GUEST, HOW TO COMMUNICATE, DON'T CHIT-CHAT WITH colleague..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctors so far, nice area for young ones while waiting. Nothing fancy but practical. Open saturday sundays too. Found a nice pediatrician on sundays, awesome. The drugstore is inside so you dont have to go elsewhere. Cash and card are accepted. The female dentist for kids are awesome too but make an appointment first ir youll ended midnight, remember first come first served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not my first time, and apparantely im way dissapointed with the service of the staffs. I was by myself and not in a good condition. Accidentally i left my wallet, so i told the cashier can i use m banking instead. She doesn't want to hear any excuse so i gotta grab my wallet in a sick condition plus raining outside.
As other reviews said, please train ur staff basic manner. They don't even smile for a sec, and a total bad experience for me to have.
