★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokter Olivia,tim perawat, dan apotekernya sangat ramah dan detail penjelasannya. Sangat memuaskan, tapi tdk dengan fasilitasnya. Kemarin saya kesana ada bocor di lorong, dan tadi pagi pintu masuk rusak (terkunci), setelah bisa masuk pun masih tetap ada bocor.
 Doctor Olivia, the nursing team, and the pharmacist were very friendly and explained in detail. Very satisfying, but not with the facilities. Yesterday I was there there was a leak in the hallway, and this morning the entrance door was broken (locked), even after being able to enter there was still a leak.

Siloam Clinic Gading Serpong, the location is clean. The registration section responds quickly. The general doctor is also friendly and kind. The pharmacy department also explains in detail the medicine given....... Thank you doctor & team....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau daftar dokter gigi ribet bnget, hrs bolak balik. Daftar lewat aplikasi JKN tidak diterima. Kayak BPJS itu kita ga bayar aja.
If you want to register for a dentist, it's really complicated, you have to go back and forth. Registration via the JKN application is not accepted. Like BPJS, we don't just pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan nya tidak bagus,tidak welcome,saya sudah 2 hari bolak balik ke klinik ini tidak dilayani,langsung ditolak untuk berobat dengan alasan sdang vaksin pasien,dri pagi suruh ke sore,dri sore suruh ke pagi,padahal saya sudah sakit parah dan btuh berobat,bad service
the service is not good, not welcome, I have been going back and forth to this clinic for 2 days and it is not served, immediately refused treatment on the grounds that the patient is vaccinating, from morning to evening, from afternoon to morning, even though I am seriously ill and need treatment , bad service

Pelayanan cukup baik
Hanya saja kalo konsul ambil obatnya masa harus esok hari balik lg bolak balik
Trus kalo mau perpanjang surat npjs tdk bs berbarengan dgn konsul dokter
Jadi bolak balik..sya baru pindah ke faskes ini tdnya di bsd
Di bsd ngga demikian konsul bs perpanjang surat bs dpt obat langsung hari tuu jg
Gmn sii siloam manajemen nya aneh..

It's just that if the consul takes the medicine, you have to go back the next day again and again
Then if you want to extend the letter, the npjs can't be together with the doctor's consul
So back and forth.. I just moved to this health facility before it was in bsd
In BSD, it's not like that, the consul can extend the letter, he can get medicine directly that day too
How about siloam, the management is weird..
